Seikin Tomiyama
Living National Treasure
Born in Tokyo in 1950 as the eldest son of the first Seikin Tomiyama (living national treasure (living national treasure (holder of important intangible cultural properties), person of cultural merit)), he received guidance from his father. In 1973, graduated from the Department of Japanese Music, Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts. Since 1975, he has been a lecturer in the Japanese music department of the Music Department of Tokyo University of the Arts. In 2000, he took over the name of Seikin Tomiyama and inherited the Iemoto of the Ikuta style Seikinkai. Certified as a Living National Treasure in 2009. He will be a visiting professor at Tokyo University of the Arts until 2020. From June 2017 to June 2021, he was the chairman of the Japan Sankyoku Association.

Kiyohito Tomiyama
Born in Tokyo in 1983 as the eldest son of Seikin Tomiyama, he studied under his father. Experienced the first stage in 1988. Performed in 2005 in Geneva, Switzerland and Krakow, Poland.
Appeared in "Entertainment Flower Stage" in 2006. In 2009, appeared in a performance hosted by the National Theater of Japan. Since then, he has continued to perform on domestic and overseas stages and appear on television and radio. The first recital was held in 2016. Since the same year, he has been a part-time lecturer at Ochanomizu University.
